Our Story
PHS to MRS
We met in Freshman study hall at Penncrest High School in the Fall of 2008. Alek had a state-of-the-art iPod Touch at the time that Kate couldn't resist so she befriended the quiet guy next to her diligently doing his homework in order to facilitate her love of solitaire. Little did she know this interaction would turn into a loving friendship that eventually became so much more!
After dating long-distance from Ithaca to Philadelphia for a few years, Alek returned back to Delaware County to rejoin Kate and his family roots. On June 8, 2019, after chickening out the night before, Alek proposed to Kate at Mauch Chunk Lake Park in Jim Thorpe, PA... Luckily for him, she said yes!!!

Our reception will be held at The Old Mill in Rose Valley PA. Transportation will be provided to and from the Hampton Inn Hotel in Media PA.

We have reserved a block of rooms at Hampton Inn and Suites in Media. Please mention "Rodgers and Korzeniowski Wedding July 2021" if reserving over the phone. If reserving online, the hotel has generated a new group code for us: “RKW”. You can also use the link below.
If you reserved a room for our original date of 7/24/2020 under our wedding code, the hotel has done a mass cancellation. If you reserved a room without the code, you will need to reach out to cancel.
